Re-decked Pier and Seating Area, Installed New Boathouse, Seating Area Roof, Ramp and New Boat Lift

* Pilings: Galvanized telescopic piling were driven into the lake bed to secure the boathouse.

* Frame: Consists of 2 x 8 and 2 x 10 pressure treated lumber fastened together with galvanized bolts.

* Floatation: Black Formex floats bolted to the frame with galvanized bolts.

* Dock Rubbers: Black Astro Nautics dock rubbers and extra padded corner dock rubbers were installed on the floating slip and fastened down with PolyTop nails.

* Boathouse and Seating Area Roof: The roofs have brown tin roofing with khaki colored Veka decking for the fascia board.

* Decking: Khaki colored Veka decking is installed and fastened down with stainless steel decking screws.

* Handrail Posts and Handrails: 6 x 6 pressure treated handrail posts with vinyl sleeves, post caps and pickets where installed to the pier, ramp, and seating area.

* Boat Lift: The lift installed was a 6,000 lb aluminum US Cable Boat Lift.
